Stay Safe Enterprises was proud to provide WHS Consultancy and Safety Advisor services during the set up phase of the Brisbane Edinburgh Military Tat
too at Suncorp Stadium.
This iconic event brought together military precision, live performance and community spirit in the heart of Brisbane. Behind the scenes, our role was to ensure the complex bump in and staging activities were carried out safely, efficiently and in line with Queensland WHS legislation.
Our support included
• Site inspections and safety advisory during stage construction and infrastructure set up
• Risk assessment reviews for temporary structures, staging and access ways• Contractor coordination and compliance oversight
• Monitoring high risk activities during installation of lighting, audio and production equipment
• Ensuring safe public interface zones were clearly defined and controlled
ADF bands were set up with stages and stalls positioned and ready for the Brisbane public and veterans to enjoy an incredible showcase of music, discipline and tradition. It was a privilege to see the site transition from an active construction environment into a world class event space.
Large scale events demand tight coordination between event organisers, contractors and safety advisors. Our focus was practical risk management, clear communication and ensuring all personnel returned home safely at the end of each shift.
